Addictions
Addictions come in many forms, some even come as socially acceptable behaviours like drinking coffee, exercise or even over working. Although not all addictions may share the same threat to physical health or quality of life, they do all share a lack of control over actions.
It’s important to get support in changing our actions, particularly if we don’t know how. But when we understand the source or cause of our addiction, we can then begin to heal and learn and co-exist with it rather than it govern our actions.
Exploring the cause or source of our addiction prevents this addiction just shifting to another addictive behaviour. E.g smoking to over eating.
I don’t use hypnosis to help you change the behaviour without first diagnosing and working through the source of it’s existence.
